Partly cloudy weather forecast in mountainous region

• The Meteorological Forecasting Division says a partial influence of westerly wind is affecting the country.
• Mountainous areas in Gandaki, Karnali and Sudurpaschim provinces will remain partly cloudy, while other provinces will generally have fair weather.
• Light rainfall and snowfall are possible at one or two places in mountainous and hilly areas of several provinces, including Koshi, Bagmati and Gandaki.
• Mist and fog are expected in some Tarai areas and in Kathmandu Valley this morning.
